OK, so this is something that I have been working on for the past couple of days on a new Tekkit server that I am setting up and will hopefully be live soon. It is a fully self-sufficient and self-maintained bee production and automation. Check out the pics and description after the break to see how this conglomeration of pipes and machines works.
So for starters I will list every machine, pipe, item, and mod that I used to make this.

Now onto how this whole thing works. A Tropical Queen starts out in the Apiary and produces Silky Combs and Tropical Princesses and Drones. The combs are pumped out the right side of the Apiary and the bees out the left. The bees are analyzed and extracted and then sorted via a diamond pipe that sends the princesses into the top and the drones into the bottom; this is a continues loop so that there is always bees in the system and one queen doing work. When she dies, another pair of bees steps in and a new queen is born. I have three Apiary's in total, one in front for viewing and two in the back for making more materials. Only the bees on the viewable Apiary get analyzed just for simplicities sake.
The Silky Combs are extracted into a Centrifuge that makes either Honey Drops or Silky Propolis. Honey Drops are extracted down into a Squeezer that turns them into Liquid Honey and then is pumped back into the Analyzer for fuel. The Silky Propolis is extracted into another Centrifuge that makes Propolis or Silk Wisps which are then pulled out and stored in a crystal chest.
Redstone Engines power every wooden pipe and the three Electrical Engines power the Centrifuges and the Squeezer. The tanks are purely for aesthetics purposes and to store excess honey. The pictures below show the whole thing in the entirety but since it is all so smashed into a 9x9x4 area it can be a little hard to see but I did my best.

Now you could basically use any bee there is and then just put the right items in the Diamond Pipes to make sure it all works to produce an unlimited number of supplies from the bees but it takes a while to build a test to make sure it all works properly. But don't just copy me, make your own version and expand upon it. The possibilities are endless.
